Get my Daily Password
To use the website you will need a password.
- Type your email below (restricted to domains upe.br or poli.br).
- A password valid for the day will be emailed to you.
New File Page
Go to this page to add a new file for a group signature.
- Choose how many signatures the document already has beforehand.
- Fill in your email (currently the service is restricted).
- Enter your password for the day (sent via "Send my password").
- Browse for the file to be added.
- Click "Upload New File".
- You will be given a "Code" that identifies the file. Write that down, you will need it later.
- Send this "Code" to everyone you want to sign the document.
- Send also the link of this page.
- To sign the document, they will need to go to the "Download File Page" first, use the "Code" to download the last version, sign and go to the "Upload File Page" to upload the new signed version.
Download File Page
Go to this page to download a file you want to sign.
- Enter the file "Code" of the document you want to sign.
- Fill in your email (currently the service is restricted).
- Click the "Download File" button. Attention: your time starts counting.
- You will be given 1 hour to come back with the signed document.
- After you sign offline, go to the "Upload Page" to upload the signed document.
- Do not change the filename. It is used to keep track of the versions.
- If you just want to download the last version of the document, but do not want to upload a new signed version afterwards, go to the "Status Page"
Upload File Page
Go to this page to upload a file you just signed.
- Enter the file "Code" of the document you are uploading with your signature.
- Fill in your email (currently the service is restricted).
- Browse for the newly signed file to be uploaded
- Click "Upload Signed File"
- You will be notified if the upload was successful.
- If you get the message "I was not expecting this file", the deadline of 1 hour for upload has expired.
- If you get the message "I cannot upload this file", there is a problem with the filename. You should not rename the downloaded file.
- In case of upload error, download, sign and upload the file again.
Status Page
Go to this page to check the status of a file.
- Fill in the file code you want to check.
- Fill in your email (currently the service is restricted).
- Click "Check Status".
- The status of the file will be shown to you.
Clean File Page
Go to this page to delete old files not needed anymore.
- Fill in your email (currently the service is restricted).
- Fill in the code of the file group you want to delete permanently.
- Click "Delete files"
- The files will be deleted.
